After trying to capture shots of the pop star eating pancakes, apparently one of Justin Bieber’s bodyguards “roughed up” a photographer at an IHOP in Encino, CA. The photographer filed a battery report with cops after he was “injured slightly.” Who knew IHOP stood for International House of Pansies?
